It has been confirmed through some internet resources that Google has sent a written request to Microsoft with the requirement to remove the app from its store named YouTube, and turn off all the downloaded copy. As per Google, Microsoft developed the application which violates the terms of use of YouTube. The top reasons that breaks the Terms and Conditions of Youtube is firstly, using this application on Windows Phone, you can disable advertisements directly, and secondly, it allows you to download videos.

“These functions directly harm our content creators and clearly violate our Terms of Service. We ask you to immediately withdraw this application from the store and disable the Windows Phone already downloaded applications until Wednesday, May 22, 2013, “- said in a letter. The letter was sent to Todd Brix, General Manager of Microsoft, in charge of the store and apps for Windows Phone. The letter was sent on behalf of Francisco Verata, The Director of Global Partnerships platform YouTube.

Google CEO Larry Page (Larry Page) condemned by Microsoft, said that the company “has been milking innovations of Google”. How to react to the allegations will be a little tough for Microsoft and the company has to think and react to this issue in less than a week.
