The world’s largest social network Facebook is planning to launch a full service Graph Search in the coming months, through which there will be easy search on the web site contents, said Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg.
The beta version of the service Graph Search was introduced in January of this year. The tool indexes the social graph Facebook – user profiles, their content and the links between them. Several hundred thousand people have gained access to the service may have to look at people, photos, places and interests. However, developers have warned that the process of starting Graph Search for all users may take a long time, because Facebook is going to improve it as far as getting feedback. “For some time we developed it (Graph Search) within the company, and that it turned out really good, we ran it for some people,” – Zuckerberg said during a conference call on financial results of Facebook in the first quarter of 2013.
