LG promised to show at CES 2014 in Las Vegas, “the most comprehensive in the world” line OLED-TVs. The company is preparing to show visitors of CES, the largest 77-inch OLED-TV (model 77EC9800) with curved screen and 4K resolution, along with a variety of 55 – and 65-inch models of the company. The company also will show a special environmentally friendly curved OLED-TVs GALLERY OLED TV (model 55EA8800) and CURVED OLED TV (model 55EB9600).
All 55 -, 65 – and 77-inch TVs line ULTRA HD CURVED OLED TV combined LG WRGB OLED technology and high resolution 4K (3840 × 2160). LG promises high contrast these televisions, and color accuracy, thanks to technology LG Color Refiner, adjusts the color temperature of each individual pixel. High contrast OLED-screens is regulated by the HDR-algorithm companies. In addition, screens ULTRA HD CURVED OLED TV to support the conclusion in the stereoscopic format with respect to FPR-polarization technology.
It is also worth mentioning that the technology of quality materials stretching SD, HD or Full HD resolution is up to 4K. Finally, the technology Motion Estimation Motion Compensation (MEMC), as noted by LG, for smoother video playback and realistic view. LG ULTRA HD CURVED OLED TV broadcasts are able to decode H.264 and HEVC H.265 with 30p or 60p rate or files in Ultra HD resolution with external devices. Model 77EC9800, as reported by LG, is built on a new platform for Internet TV with a simple and intuitive user interface (possibly talking about webOS).
By the way, 77-inch curved OLED-TV Ultra HD 4K resolution, LG has already demonstrated at IFA 2013. Apparently, at CES it will share the details of the decision for market availability and price. As you know, OLED-TVs with screens as 4K-TV are usually expensive, so that combining both technologies need to bring a new level of prices.
